Sow indoors or outdoors depending on the variety. Plant out 6&#8243; apart and get 10 good heads in a 10 foot row.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=2283&amp;awinaffid=81944&amp;clickref=&amp;p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thompson-morgan.com\/plants1\/search.html?section=all&amp;search=radish\">Radishes<\/a> are another &#8217;12 monther&#8217;. Sow in May and pick on through.<\/p>\n<p>Salad leaves are also good Jan-Dec but homegrown lettuce tend to be in short supply in January and February.<\/p>\n<p>Spinach, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.awin1.com\/cread.php?awinmid=2283&amp;awinaffid=81944&amp;clickref=&amp;p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thompson-morgan.com\/plants1\/search.html?section=all&amp;search=broccoli\">Broccoli<\/a> and Leeks miss out in January and February. Parsnips let you down in early summer but Cauliflower just about cover the full year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pick your own every month of the year with this selection of vegetables. No heat required but some cloche protection or fleece helps the more fragile crops.
