There are many elegant grasses to choose from but I like a grassland plant called Crocosmia.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Crocosmia<\/strong> Lucifer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gardenerstips.co.uk\/blog\/?p=14017\">Crocosmia Lucifer<\/a> shown above is a robust perennial with pleated or ribbed green leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Tall linear leaves upto 3 feet tall are produced from corms.<\/li>\n<li>The arching stems carry bold deep red flowers in summer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/gardenerstips.co.uk\/blog\/flowers\/crocosmia-lucifer-and-other-montbretia\/\">Montbretia and Crocosmia<\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Makes an excellent cut flower and a dramatic impact to any border.<\/li>\n<li>Also known as Montbretia of which there are several varieties in yellow and orange.
